From forum:
The problem is that I need to set the AppSettings to "C:\\inetpub\MyApp\Temp\Rss".
Is it possible to set it to something like this:"~\Temp\Rss".

Is it possible to set multiple categories for an item ?

i tried using:
item"category"="my category1";
item"category"="my category2";

channel.Add(item);

This way i only get "my category2" as the item's category. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Experts

I am using ASP.NET RSS Toolkit to get feed from different website i.e. Twitter, HMRC etc.

System.IO.MemoryStream str = (MemoryStream)RssToolkit.Rss.DownloadManager.GetFeed(requestUri);

I have about 10 websites that I get the feed from and display to the client but when one of the feed break or website is not responding my whole site goes down and I am getting 404 error until the feed starts working fine.

On my website I have async call to an .asmx file that return data in json format and updated to the UI.

Currently certain RSS feed URL takes more then 90 sec to return and this causes the Application pool to recycle and bring the application down.

I have troubles with ATOM format. The first link URL is given for all following RSS itens, even with correct link set.... How do i solve it?

Download ASP.NET AJAX 1.0, Check your C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework... make sure v2.0.50727 folder is upto par.
