I was having an error with System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0.... Download ASP.NET AJAX 1.0, Check your C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework... make sure v2.0.50727 folder is upto par. 
System.Web.Extensions.Design, Version=1.0.61025.0 is an assmebly included in ASP.NET Ajax Extension component.
