Description:
Fixed bug in RssDocument.Load that was failing for some feeds. It seemed to be a bug with the XmlDocument.Load(Url) function, because loading the same XML from a string worked. Loading the remote Url first into a string, then calling XmlDocument.Load(XmlTextReader) on an XmlTextReader from the string worked correctly.

Description:
Fixes the Media RSS Support by adding an overloaded ToRssXML function that accepts a namespace.
When this namespace is defined and added to your objects, the namespace declaration will appear at the top of your XML and the items will have the appropriate prefixes.
I have not updated the binary that you use to create the classes because I am working directly with the RSSToolkit and hand coding my classes and objects, but for the record, you will need to create a new ToXML function that calls the new function in the RSSDocumentBase

DownloadManager now handles pruning the cache when files expire, keeps the latest copy of the feed cached ONLY, doesn't throw when dealing with Disposed streams from the cache. Cleanup of members. RssDlBuildProvider now generates proper strong-type wrappers when other namespaces are used but NOT passing the feed through the RssDocument normalization. RssBuildProvider will not throw an exception on malformed feed filenames. ClassInfo cleaned up to have readonly fields/properties as appropriate (did needed unit test regen) PropertyInfo cleaned up to have readonly fields/properties as appropriate and corrected spelling of Occurrences (did needed unit test regen) RssCodeGenerator now adds the "new" to indicate intentional hiding of Version and Channel from RssDocumentBase, also fix for Occurrences. RssCodeTreeGenerator refactored to eliminate duplicate code and Occurrences fixes. Rebind projects and solution to CodePlex TFS.
