Release Notes

This release adds many new features to support other syndication formats including RDF, ATOM and OPML. It adds aggregation of the feeds contained in an OPML and generates a much strong-typed binding to the RSS feed. Additional new features are the handling of images, enclosures, RSS extensions, RFC-based datetimes and the conversion of URLs from relative to absolute.

Updated 26 July, 2007 to include correct EULA reflecting the MS-Pl license

If you are having trouble, look into the errors popping. I was having an error with System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0.... Download ASP.NET AJAX 1.0, Check your C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework... make sure v2.0.50727 folder is upto par. System.Web.Extensions.Design, Version=1.0.61025.0 is an assmebly included in ASP.NET Ajax Extension component.

Had lots of trouble with this: adding assembly System.Web.Extensions, files in App_code, and System.Net.Sockets.SocketException. Never got it working. Not worth fooling around with further without more documentation.

The sample I downloaded was easy to use and worked right out of the gate. This is a great project for someone wanting to consume RSS feeds. Job well done to the authors!
