Garbage generated when using RSS extensions

When I feed the RSSToolkit custom class generator a podcast feed from from sites such as the BBC (http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/fivelive/pods/rss.xml) I get junk out.

All the namespace prefixes are lost and the namespace references are assigned to tags which use that prefix.

The generated class ignores the prefixes so it can't distinguish between itunes:keywords and media:keywords and I just get <image xmlns="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd"> rather than <image and <itunes:image

Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: Oops, this is the same issue as http://www.codeplex.com/ASPNETRSSToolkit/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=12047
